Plum comes together here.
Festivals, a veterans table, and neighbors working side by side.
- Club members helped start Plum Community Days, which became SummerFest and now grew into FallFest and WinterFest. Plum Rotary remains an active sponsor and helps bring community performances to SummerFest.
- Veterans Breakfast on Memorial Day and Veterans Day — a time to remember those who gave everything and a thank you for those who served.
- Work with the Plum American Legion so veterans can find VA and other services that are hard to navigate.
- Support for Plum Special Olympics — people and funds.
- Support for Plum school class plays.
- Touch a Truck — children meet first responders and the machines that keep Plum safe.
- Trunk or Treat and Spring Clean-Up Day.
SummerFest
SummerFest is a three-day carnival with fireworks and family programming, including first-responder demonstrations. Plum Borough Public Works handles much of the set-up. Sponsors keep the event centered on the community.
